The rules of the road for using tandyr. Read before you subscribe.

Acceptance

By accessing or using tandyr you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of tandyr.

The Service

tandyr is a software-as-a-service platform that connects to your Facebook (Meta) advertising accounts via official APIs and provides:

  • Analytics dashboards: statistics, KPI tracking, audience breakdowns
  • Automation rules: condition-based campaign management (pause, scale, restart)
  • Conversion tracking: cost syncing and profit analytics via server-side conversions and compatible analytics integrations

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials and API keys
  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms (Facebook, your tracker)

Acceptable Use

You may not use tandyr to:

  • Access data belonging to other users or ad accounts you are not authorized to manage
  • Automate data scraping beyond the CSV export provided by the service
  • Engage in activity that violates Meta Platform Terms or Facebook Community Standards

Your use of the Facebook Marketing API through tandyr is also governed by the Meta Platform Terms

Termination & Suspension

tandyr may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion. You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Data provided through tandyr originates from the Facebook Marketing API and is provided as-is. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of advertising data. Analytics are informational only — not financial advice.

WARNING

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TANDYR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TANDYR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

tandyr may suspend or terminate access at any time for Terms violations or for any other reason at its discretion.

Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app banner and email at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
